Welcome to the Future Business Intelligence (FBI) lab at Gyeongsang National University.
Business Intelligence (BI) systematically analyses extensive datasets to empower organizations with strategic decision-making capabilities. BI also aids in increasing productivity, reducing costs, enhancing customer satisfaction, driving digital transformation, and uncovering new business opportunities. At the FBI Lab, we employ artificial intelligence and machine learning to conduct research and execute projects that analyze, predict, evaluate, and enhance corporate management activities.
